Let A Creative Touch inspire your creativity with promotional product ideas that show appreciation to your volunteers!

act-wine-glassT.= Theme: A Toast to a Super Volunteer!

G.= Gifts: Toast your volunteers with our custom printed wine glasses. Both practical and pretty, wine glasses allow your volunteers to enjoy their favorite red or chilled white wine while remembering the warm feelings from that first toast in their honor. If you want add an extra special touch, you could also consider bottles of private label wine to accompany the wine glass(es).

I.= Invites/Décor: Rich wine shades, like merlot and burgundy, compliment this theme. For greater contrast with the wines you’ll be serving, select pale neutrals and white linens to highlight the colors of your wines. Going for a wine tasting vibe? To emphasize a relaxing atmosphere, select warm lighting or candlelight, in addition to soft music. Make name card holders or buffet labels using wine corks, or even wine carafes and crates for larger displays.

F.= Food/Refreshments: Cheeses and small plates pair naturally with wine. Create tasting “stations” to pair wines with certain foods. Take the difficulty out of choosing wines with a “horizontal tasting,” which focuses on one type of wine, like pinot noir or chardonnay, from multiple vineyards. Alternately, choose various wines from one winemaking region for a “vertical tasting.”
